We respect your privacy. So we avoid collecting any personal data of the users of our games.

We use third-party SDKs to show ads in our games and to collect analytical data, like number of installs and retention, to improve our games. You can find links to the privacy policies of used SDKs below in the document.

We use Unity game engine to develop our games. You can find a link to Unity’s privacy policy below in this document.

Our games are published on Apple’s Appstore and Google’s Google Play. You can find links to the privacy policies of the respective marketplaces in the documents below.

If you choose to play our games, you agree to the collection and use of personal information in relation with this policy.

Advertising

We display advertisements in our games. This is done by using third party service providers and we may unavoidably receive information about you from them. These service providers collect usage data in compliance with their privacy policies. Notice also that ads may lead you to external website or other external content. We are not responsible for this third-party content.

Children’s Privacy

Our games do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

Collection of other ‘Non-Personal’ Information

Some non-personal information may be gathered while you using my games. Non-personal information is general, non-identifiable and anonymous information that is gathered for statistical, analytical and research purposes such as the improvement of my games (for example, bug fixes).

Do we sell our users’ information?

No, we do not, and will not, sell any information of our users.

Rights of EEU residents

• You have the right to request access into the data that we are processing on you, see Article 15 of the GDPR.

• You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation when the data are processed based on the balancing-of- interest rule in Section 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, see Article 21 of the GDPR.

• You have the right to obtain restriction of processing in certain circumstances, see Article 18 of the GDPR.

• If we have asked for your consent to our processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, see Article 7 of the GDPR.

• You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided us with which we process in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller if the processing is based on consent or contract performance, see Article 20 of the GDPR.

Rights of California residents

• Under CCPA each California resident can request any business stops selling personal information to third parties. We do not and will not sell any personal information of our users.

• You have a right to be informed about what categories of personal data we are collecting, including the purpose of the collection. You can freely find this information in our Privacy Policy.

• You can request us to disclose what personal data we have collected on you.

• You can request us to delete the personal data we have collected on you.

• California residents are protected against any discrimination that a business might subject them to based on the exercising of their CCPA rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
